The classic OME Nitrocharger is a 2-tube gas pressure shock absorber in low pressure design. It was developed at the end of the 80s specifically for the requirements in the 4x4 area and improved over the decades in the individual components again and again.
The Nitrocharger is still used today in older vehicles, where a new development is too complex due to the expected quantities, or in newer applications, where a Nitrocharger Sport is technically not possible.
The OME engineers always paid special attention to the length. Where it is possible without major modifications to the vehicle, the Nitrocharger is extended by up to 50mm.
This makes it possible to use them with both the stock springs and the OME uprated springs, with a few exceptions.
