The CAN Bus converter is an interface which allows you to control additional high beams.

The Installation requires only little effort. Two wires (CAN Hi & CAN Lo) are connected together with a permanent 12V supply and a ground connection to the CAN Bus. By the signal (12V) which the interface outputs, the relay for the additional headlights can be controlled. The signal can be loaded with 1 Amp. The additional headlights are then switched on as soon as the high beam is activated.

The interface has LEDs which indicate the current status:

• Red flashing: CAN signal is searched
• Red permanent: CAN signal detected but vehicle type not
• Green permanent: CAN signal detected, Vehicle detected
• Green flashing: Speed signal detected

Wiring:

• White: CAN Hi
• Blue: CAN Lo
• Black: Ground connection
• Purple: Signal output for high beam
